Treat that 36,000 BTU figure as a budget. Every head you attach draws from it, and the combined indoor capacity cannot go above the outdoor rating. The condenser produces no heating or cooling by itself and has to be paired with BLU+ Multi-Zone indoor units, which are purchased separately.
