This is an outdoor condenser only. It does not heat or cool anything by itself. Order it together with matching SAJA multi-zone indoor heads, which are sold separately, or nothing will run when the pallet arrives.
The MOSA32181 is the entry point into a SAJA multi-zone setup: 18,000 BTU of total capacity on R-32 refrigerant, 22.0 SEER2, 220V, and built for cold climate operation. The combined rating of the indoor heads connected to it cannot exceed that 18,000 BTU outdoor figure, so the zones should be planned before you buy.
