At 18,000 BTU, the MISAW3218 is the largest wall-mounted indoor head SAJA offers for multi-zone systems, intended for the one space carrying the heaviest load.
Read this before ordering: it is an indoor component only and requires a SAJA multi-zone outdoor condenser, sold separately. A single 18,000 BTU head consumes the entire capacity of the 18,000 BTU MOSA32181 condenser, so a 30,000 or 36,000 BTU condenser is the right choice if other zones are planned alongside it.
R-32 refrigerant, cold climate rated, with Wi-Fi control and a handheld remote included.
