Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship across the United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free. Freight is included in the product price, so the price you see is the price you pay. There are no separate freight charges at checkout.

Where it ships from

We stock inventory in California and Texas and ship from the hub closer to you when possible, which shortens transit time.

Processing time

Orders are processed and ship within 2 to 3 business days. You receive tracking once the order ships. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays.

How your order ships

• Outdoor units, indoor units, and full systems ship by LTL freight on a pallet, delivered to your door.
• Accessories and small parts ship by standard parcel carrier.

Freight delivery, what to expect

• The freight carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Delivery is to your door. Liftgate service, which lowers the pallet from the truck, is available on request when you schedule your delivery.
• An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

Inspect before you sign (important)

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Before signing the delivery receipt:

• Check the pallet and cartons for dents, crushing, or holes.
• Note any damage on the receipt before the driver leaves.
• Report damage to us within 48 hours with photos so we can file a freight claim (see Returns Policy).

Transit time

Delivery is typically 5 to 10 business days after it ships, depending on distance from the California or Texas hub. Freight transit times are estimates, not guarantees.

Refused or undeliverable shipments

If a shipment is refused without a damage reason, or is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or missed appointments, return freight and any restocking fee may be deducted from your refund (see Returns Policy).
