Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing ngtrade.store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. NG Trade LLC ("NG Trade," "we," "us") sells inverter mini-split HVAC equipment to homeowners and trade customers in the United States.

2. The products we sell

We sell inverter mini-split heat pump systems and related components. This equipment is intended to be installed and serviced by a licensed HVAC professional. Systems that contain or connect to refrigerant lines must be installed and charged by a technician holding the appropriate EPA Section 608 certification. Installation by an unqualified person can be unsafe, may violate local code, and can void the manufacturer warranty.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We stock inventory in California and Texas; availability is not guaranteed until your order is accepted. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel any affected order, even after it is placed, with a full refund of any amount charged.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation or ship the goods. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or quantities that look like resale outside an approved trade account.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout through our payment provider. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store full card numbers (see Privacy Policy).

6. Shipping, title, and risk of loss

Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers to your address. You are responsible for inspecting freight on delivery and noting any damage before signing (see Shipping Policy and Returns Policy).

7. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Limited warranty

NG Trade equipment carries a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Base coverage applies automatically: 6 years on the compressor, 3 years on parts, and 90 days on the remote. Registering within 60 days of installation unlocks the extended term for eligible systems.

• BLU+ registered coverage: up to 8 years on the compressor and 5 years on parts.
• SAJA registered coverage: up to 10 years on the compressor and 8 years on parts.
• Conditions: the warranty applies only when the system was installed by a licensed or state-certified HVAC contractor, registered within the applicable window for extended coverage, and maintained per the owner's manual. Keep your proof of purchase.
• What it covers: repair or replacement of defective parts, at our or the manufacturer's option.
• What it does not cover: labor, refrigerant, shipping of replacement parts unless stated; damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, power surges, alterations, or failure to perform routine maintenance; cosmetic wear; and consumables such as filters.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except for the limited warranty above, the products and store are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage, loss of use, or installation and labor costs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold NG Trade harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the products, your breach of these Terms, or installation performed by you or your contractor.

11. Intellectual property

The store's content, logos, product imagery, and copy are owned by NG Trade or its suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.

13. California Proposition 65

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above will change and continued use means you accept the update.
