Warranty

• Coverage begins on the installation date. If that date can’t be verified, it begins 60 days after the purchase date.
• Base coverage applies automatically. No registration required.
• Registering within 60 days of installation extends coverage to the longer terms shown for your series above. The extended term remains valid only while the original owner (or spouse) owns and lives in the home where the unit was installed.
• Coverage is non-transferable and ends if the unit is removed from its original location.
• A replacement part is covered only for the time remaining on the original term.

• Must be installed by a state-certified or licensed HVAC contractor, per local and state code and NG Trade’s instructions. Improper installation voids the warranty.
• The unit must remain in its original installation location.
• Coverage applies only in the continental USA and Canada.
• Defective parts must be returned to the distributor through a registered servicing dealer for credit.

• Labor to diagnose, repair, remove, install, ship, or service parts or units.
• Refrigerant, line sets, condensate pumps, and other accessories.
• Normal maintenance (filter cleaning/replacement, lubrication).
• Damage from faulty installation, misuse, alteration, power conditions, floods, wind, fire, lightning, or corrosive environments.
• Products installed outside the continental USA and Canada, and any indirect or consequential damages.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

• Have ready: indoor and outdoor serial numbers; owner name, address, phone, email; purchase and install dates; dealer and installer details (name, HVAC license #, phone, email).
