How long is the warranty?
Every system carries 6-year compressor, 3-year parts, and 90-day remote coverage automatically, no registration required. Register within 60 days of installation and the term extends to 10-year compressor and 8-year parts on SAJA systems, or 8-year compressor and 5-year parts on BLU+ systems. How fast does it ship?
Orders are processed and ship within 2 to 3 business days from our California and Texas warehouses. Freight is free and already included in the price, with no separate freight charge at checkout. Transit typically runs 5 to 10 business days after it ships, depending on distance from the hub. Details are on our shipping policy.
Who installs it?
A licensed local technician handles the entire installation, including mounting, refrigerant connection, and startup. You never handle the equipment. You place the order, it ships free from our California or Texas warehouse in 2 to 3 business days, and your tech does the rest.
What if I need to return it?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused, uninstalled equipment in its original packaging. Non-defective returns carry a 15% restocking fee, and once a unit is installed or charged with refrigerant it can no longer be returned except under warranty. Full details are on our returns policy.
