Real installs
Wall-mounted heads are the ordinary answer for a multi-zone job, and 9,000 BTU is the size most often specified. The MIBMHW90D hangs high on an interior wall and leaves the ceiling untouched, which matters in rooms where there is nothing usable above the finished ceiling.
Like every head in this series it is an indoor unit only. It has to be connected to a BLU+ Multi-Zone outdoor condenser, sold separately, and the combined capacity of all heads on that condenser cannot exceed its rating.
R-454B refrigerant. Wi-Fi control and a handheld remote come with it. Installation is done by a licensed HVAC professional and quoted separately. Free shipping to the lower 48 states.
