How long is the warranty?
Every system carries 6-year compressor, 3-year parts, and 90-day remote coverage automatically, no registration required. Register within 60 days of installation and the term extends to 10-year compressor and 8-year parts on SAJA systems, or 8-year compressor and 5-year parts on BLU+ systems. How fast does it ship?
Orders are processed and ship within 2 to 3 business days from our California and Texas warehouses. Freight is free and already included in the price, with no separate freight charge at checkout. Transit typically runs 5 to 10 business days after it ships, depending on distance from the hub. Details are on our shipping policy.
Who installs it?
A licensed local technician handles the entire installation, including mounting, refrigerant connection, and startup. You never handle the equipment. You place the order, it ships free from our California or Texas warehouse in 2 to 3 business days, and your tech does the rest.
What does the price include?
The price includes the indoor unit, the matched outdoor condenser, a remote with Wi-Fi, and a 13 ft insulated line set.Freight shipping is included too, so the price you see is the price you pay at checkout.
What if I need to return it?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused, uninstalled equipment in its original packaging. Non-defective returns carry a 15% restocking fee, and once a unit is installed or charged with refrigerant it can no longer be returned except under warranty. Full details are on our returns policy.

It includes the indoor unit, the matched outdoor condenser, a remote, and a 13 ft insulated line set. You add a disconnect, whip, and any longer line set or covers for your install. See Accessories.
What size room does a 24K BTU unit cool?
A 24K BTU unit comfortably handles about 1,000 to 1,400 sq ft in most climates. For odd layouts or high ceilings, check our sizing guide or call us.
Who installs it?

What refrigerant does it use?
R-32 is a lower-GWP single-component refrigerant used across our SAJA line. It is efficient and widely supported. More on refrigerants.

Shipping is free, and freight is included in the price. Large units ship LTL freight to your door from California or Texas, and you get tracking when it ships.
